Now I know this is a bit unusual, but there is a story behind this one. You see two days ago, I was in a meeting with a couple of coworkers and one of them, Cecilia ( the lady in the photo) was having allergy problems so one of her eyes were red. After discerning that she was OK, we started having a bit of fun with it. And of course at some point an eye patch came up. Then my other coworker, Laura, "triple dog dared" me to make an eye patch. She Triple. Dog. Dared Me.
Now of course you can't refuse a triple dog dare so this is what I came up with. What do you think?
I didn't want to do just plain black, cause lets face it, everyone expects that. And I tried to make it pretty, but ya know, I think I will do a bit more work on it. Consider this one the prototype.

I love this patch. Would you be willing to share your pattern? My sister has a paralyzed eye that she has to wear an eye patch over and she hates the normal black medical eye patch. This would be great for her to wear everyday and probably much more comfortable.
