Lunch was fabulous! I actually had breakfast and I did make a lot or progress on the swa
tch I started yesterday.It wasn't until the bill came that I realized I had forgotten to bring my purse! I brought my knitting bag, but nothing that would enable me to pay my share of lunch.
Needless to say, I was mortified! Fortunately, Heather paid for my lunch and I promptly paid her back when we got back to the office, but I think I will have a hard time living this one down!

Your swatch is beautiful !!! Re: leaving your purse, I hate when that happens... I have actually done it while having lunch solo. Luckily it was a restaurant that my children and I ate at often. The owner told me that I didn't have to pay but I came back anyway.
i'm surprised i've never done that but i'm sure it can (and will) happen!
I am sure that I will work my way up to doing this too (leaving my purse behind, and bringing the knitting). I really didn't mind covering your lunch for the few short minutes back to work.
